TEMPERATURE AND UV CHANGER
This is a wild one. It changes to MANY different colors depending on conditions (like temperature and UV exposure) (see pics)
When cold its BRIGHT BLUE, when warm it's White and in UV it turns rouge red when warm, and dark blue/purple when cold. It can also be any multitude of colors in between those.
***please note you must do a final dip into clear powder to protect the glitter/foil in this color. The clear can be found in the all powders section or the search bar.
