How to Use

1. After completing your three coats of Pro Step 1 Base and dip powder, and your Pro Step 2 Activator steps
2. Dry completely and thoroughly—any moisture will prevent your top coat from drying properly
3. Apply a Thin coat of Pro Step 3 Top Coat over the entire nail moving quickly, as the first coat will dry in under 15 seconds
4. once it has dried (it will look slightly textured) apply a second thin layer of top coat. you can take your time here and be precise.
5. Allow to dry completely for about 60 seconds.
