** This color comes as a 2 part system. Your chosen base color will be packaged as a regular .5 oz baggie, and the dried flowers will come in their own container**
#1. Apply TWO layers of Base color
#2. Apply base liquid and using tweezers pick up and place flowers where youd like them. Once happy, immediately dip into clear powder. ***Trim flowers as needed prior to application for easy handling
#3. Apply base liquid and dip into clear powder. *a second layer may be required for smooth finish.
