Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

What is Route shipping protection?

Route is an optional shipping protection service available at checkout that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. When you add Route to your order, your shipment is protected and Route will quickly resolve any shipping issues. If something happens to your package, simply file a claim through Route's platform and they'll work to make it right—either through a replacement or refund.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays, but we're always here to help track down your order if needed.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. We handcraft our dip powders in small batches to ensure the highest quality, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned products.

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon review, if your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement product shipped at no additional cost or a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

What issues are not eligible for replacement or refund?
